Project for Health Protection against Dengue Fever Gains Widespread Recognition with Two-Year Memorandum of Understanding Renewed with Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway

On 14 September, GX Chairman LEUNG Chun-ying and CEO Prof. CHAN Ying-yang, Emily led a delegation to Cambodia to review the progress of the “Project for Health Protection against Dengue Fever”implemented over the past year in collaboration with Cambodia Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway Co., Ltd.

 

Witnessed by Chairman CY LEUNG, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia WANG Wen-bin, and Deputy General Manager of China Road and Bridge Corporation Cambodia Office WU Jin-hai, GX renewed the Memorandum of Understanding for the “Project for Health Protection against Dengue Fever” with Cambodia Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Expressway Co., Ltd.

 

Since its launch in August 2024, the project has installed 160 mosquito lamps along the expressway, receiving broad recognition. The renewal signifies the further institutionalisation of long-term cooperation between both parties.
