Chairman LEUNG Chun-ying Delivers Keynote on Health Diplomacy at Macau University of Science and Technology

Chairman CY LEUNG, accompanied by CEO Prof. Emily CHAN, visited the Macau University of Science and Technology on 3 November and delivered a keynote lecture titled "Health Diplomacy and People-to-People Connectivity" to an audience of nearly 200 faculty and students.

 

In his address, Chairman LEUNG illustrated the power of health diplomacy by presenting GX's medical humanitarian projects in multiple countries worldwide. He explained how such cooperation not only improves public health but also builds international trust and friendship. Drawing from his experiences, he encouraged the young attendees to consider careers in humanitarian aid.

 

The event featured a lively Q&A session where students engaged directly with the Chairman. The lecture successfully deepened the audience's understanding of health diplomacy and underscored the critical importance of medical ethics and social responsibility for future practitioners.
