Students connected online with GX medical team from the project site during the twentieth educational talk

GX Foundation held its 20th "Belt and Road Medical Humanitarian Assistance Education Talk" at Queen Elizabeth School Old Students Association Tong Kwok Wah Secondary School in Tin Shui Wai on June 11.

GX intern, Ben, is a medical student from the Macau University of Science and Technology. In January this year, he went to a project site in Cambodia to participate in a cross-strait youth internship programme. He shared with more than 230 teachers and students about his unforgettable experience he encountered during his internship.

During the sharing session, students connected online with our medical team from the project site in Laos. They were able to discover the work environment, which deepened their understanding of the challenges faced when implementing humanitarian aid projects.

GX is grateful for the arrangements and assistance from Queen Elizabeth School Alumni Association Tong Kwok Wah Secondary School, that contributed to the smooth running of this event. We will continue to engage with teachers and students from various districts to provide exchange opportunities and enhance students' understanding and interest in medical humanitarian aid work.
